Scope of Services

Our plumbing services encompass various installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties. This includes but is not limited to fixing leaks, installing water heaters, repairing drains, and addressing water restoration needs.

Service Availability

We provide round-the-clock availability for emergency plumbing services. However, availability may vary depending on scheduling and technician availability.

Service Fees and Payment

Service fees will be determined based on the nature and extent of the plumbing work required. Payment is expected upon completion of services rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Estimates and Quotations

Meerkat Plumbing and Drain offers free estimates for both services and new installations. Quotations provided are based on preliminary assessments and may be subject to change upon further inspection of the plumbing issue.

Scheduling and Appointment Confirmation

Clients are required to schedule appointments for plumbing services in advance. Appointment confirmations will be communicated via email or phone, and clients are expected to be present at the scheduled time.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients must provide a minimum notice period for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee being charged.

Liability and Warranty

While we strive to deliver high-quality plumbing services, we cannot guarantee the performance or longevity of installations or repairs due to factors beyond our control. However, we offer warranties on certain parts and labor, as outlined in individual service agreements.

Customer Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing clear access to plumbing fixtures and ensuring the safety of our technicians while on their property. Any damages resulting from negligence or misconduct on the client’s part may incur additional charges.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the USA. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the USA.
